The short version: IDHaven Pro is sold by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple — it takes about a minute at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refund requests under its own policy. If something's wrong with the app itself, email us first — we'd rather fix it.
Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours. Because Apple is the merchant of record for all App Store purchases, we can't issue App Store refunds ourselves — Apple decides them under its media services terms.
If the app measured something wrongly, a spec looks out of date, or an export didn't work, email hello@idhaven.app. Most problems are fixable quickly, and your report makes the app better for everyone. This isn't a condition of getting a refund — just an offer.
We designed the free tier so you can run every check and see your exact result — watermarked — before paying anything. You should never have to buy Pro to find out whether your photo passes. If you feel the purchase didn't deliver what this page and the App Store listing describe, we support your refund request to Apple.
As our Terms explain, only the issuing authority decides acceptance, and no app can guarantee it. A rejection by an authority isn't by itself a defect in the app — but if you believe the app measured incorrectly against the published specification, contact us with the details and we'll investigate; if we got it wrong, we'll say so, fix it, and support your refund request.
